TAYLOR:

After breakfast and showers we headed to my mom's house once again. I was glad Jess had offered to help me pack clothes, because I knew she'd be itching to get in the gym after our long week. She never went more than two or three days without working out, she basically had to be on her deathbed to miss them, and I had no idea how to keep her completely out of there all day. Zac, Watts, Ike and Lacey trailed in a couple at a time, Jess and Watts giglling like my sisters when they realized they had on matching outfits, just different colors. "I figured I'd have to workout some time today...may as well be here." Watts laughed. "Gotta meet with my trainer and get a schedule going.." she hugged Jess. "And you too miss PA." she grinned at Lacey. "You may as well workout with us, it'll get you ready for certification.." Jess turned to me and grinned, "See? I'll be occupied while you're busy. I'll probably get the girls to come out in the yard and practice
their tumbling too." she tiptoed up to kiss my cheek. "So let's go raid your closet baby..Zac's probably dying for you to get the rest of your junk out of HIS room..." she took my hand and we went to get the job done. When that was finished it was time for lunch and the rest of the band and crew started showing up, so my mom and the rest of the women decided to feed everyone assembly line style. After lunch my dad ordered us all outside to go over lastminute details with Ashley. I kissed my wife and followed them all outside.

JESSIE:

Once the guys and the rest of the hoarde was fed, we stayed and helped Diana clean up. As we chatted, I noticed that Diana was looking really tired. "Hey Mom?  Isn't it about time for Zoe's nap?" I asked.
"Just about.." she answered. "Why don't you go lay down with her? Watts, Lace and I, can take Mac and the girls to the gym with us, there's plenty for them to do there and you can get some rest while the hoarde is busy.." I grinned. "Really Jess? I could use a nap.." she sighed. "Yes really..go ahead. We have the other kids."
"Bless you." she smiled. "Thank you Jess. I really appreciate it."
"No problem, the're fun. See you in a couple hours.' I kissed my mother in law on the cheek and my friends and I gathered up the kids and took Ike's truck to the gym.

TAYLOR:
I stretched and looked at the clock. "Dad are we finished?" I asked and Zac and Ike kind of looked hopeful. My Dad caught on and smiled. "Yeah...GO.." he laughed and we all took of across the yard. I went in the house, but it was eerily quiet. "Jess?" I called out and went through the kitchen, my brothers close behind. I looked in Zoe's room and saw my mother sleeping curled up next to her and I raced back into the kitchen. I looked at the counter where we usually left notes for each other and saw it. "Tay, Took the kids and went to the gym so Mom could sleep. Back in a couple of hours. LOVE YOU! Jess xoxo"
I crumbled it and groaned out loud, "OH NO.." I ran my hand through my hair and looked at my brothers. "Tay? What?" Zac asked, Ike nodding for me to spill it. I threw the note in the garbage can and grabbed my keys. "Jake's meeting Alex in the gym...I was supposed to keep her out of there today..." I ran for the front door, my brothers swearing and following me closely.
JESSIE:

We got to the gym and I let the kids go, knowing that everyone here was used to seeing them and Tay, Zac and Ike hanging around and I didn't have to worry. Mackie grabbed a basketball and talked Joey, the newest wieghtroom attenedant into shooting hoops with him while the girls immediately went for the tumbling floor. Lacey and Watts went with them and I excused myself to go find Jake. I was surprised that he wasn't in the gym, but shrugged my shoulders and went down to help the girls with their tumbling. When Joey finally told Mackie that he had to get back to work, Mac came over and joined in the tumbling lessons, which he was really good at. Jessica complained that she was thirsty, so I sent her into my office desk to get change for machine, so she could get a COLD bottle of water. She happily disappeared up the steps, but she was gone longer than I thought she should be so I went looking for her. "Jessie?" I called looking around upstairs, then
saw the light in my office on. I heard her talking but I didn't recognize the male voice she was speaking to right away.
"You're not supposed to be in here, who are you anyway?" I heard her ask. "I've never seen you in here before, does Jess know you? Are you a friend of Jake's?"
"I could ask you the same question, NOSY.." I heard the voice reply and a chill coursed through my spine. "But I know by looking at you who you are. Take your sassy mouth and go find that sister in law of yours, I need to talk to her." I started quickly for my office door, my heart pounding in my chest. "I know who you are.." Jessica said. "And I won't. She doesn't wanna see YOU.." she retorted defiantly. "Shit.." I muttered under my breath. "YOU LISTEN TO ME YOU BRAT.." I heard him roar just before I slammed my door all the way open. Alex was moving toward her in the same threatening an evil manner I had seen him come at me so many times. My entire body shook and my blood began to boil.
"If you lay one finger on her Alex I will kill you with my bare hands." I stated. His head snapped around toward me and had the balls to laugh. "YOU?!? You couldn't even take one step out from behind that pretty boy, rock star you married and I am supposed to believe that?" He grabbed Jessie by the arm and sneered, "What ARE you gonna do about it...huh...Rebecca?" he taunted. Before he knew what happened I grabbed his wrist and turned him, successfully freeing Jessie from his grasp and spraining his wrist at the same time. "JESSICA RUN!!!" I yelled at her as she stood frozen. "Baby..get OUT of here..please..GO!!" I urged. She looked panicked and she stuttered, "B-but...Jess...n-no.."
"Jessie  GO!! NOW!!" I hollered again and she ran. Alex finally regained his composure and turned malicious, hateful eyes on me. "You are a BITCH...I knew you'd turn out just like her..." he lunged at me and I shoved a chair in his way, causing him to trip and slow down.
"I am not.." I replied calmly, amazed at my own tone. "I'm not too chicken to protect a little girl from an evil son-of-a-bitch like you. And if you EVER call me by her name again I will rip your tonsils out of your throat." I said, adrenalin coursing violently through me. I knew this was by no means over. "And if I see you near any ONE of my little sisters or brother, you will be even sorrier that you bothered to LOOK for me. Not that I was ever hard to find." He lunged at me again and I jumped out of the way and laughed sarcastically. "That's the best you got? Not so easy when your victim's closer to your own size, is it? You fucking coward.." I spat. He picked himself up from his half crouched position and went outside my office. I followed, wondering if he was really giving up so easily. He wasn't.
