Steek: There is no question that Katz is somebody who is unabashedly pro-business, pro development. I think that the citizens of Winnipeg made the right choice…Katz can take the City in a dramatic direction quickly…I know the members of City Council well. A lot of people sit on the fence, they watch to see which way the mayor is going to go and as a result, accordingly, their vote goes that way. Katz has a dynamism about him that is going to bring those people that had been just in the middle of the road in the past on-side with a pro development, pro enterprise type of spirit. So I think when Katz, for instance, if he wants to put a major push on to develop, for instance, Waverley West, bring new lands on-side for housing development, that sort of thing. I think that he is a dynamic leader and I think that he will have a strong support on this council.
