Instantaneous Comprehension reaching out for help disturbing the water ripples of light wavering time space pulsating to your heatbeat make the descision, an empire falls take the step, a star explodes put up a fight, a planet dies the universe is all that you perceive it to be look more closely you'll find the answers to questions you have not yet asked touch the Earth to find meaning listen to the silence for explanations look at a starry sky to know your soul smell the ashes of your home step over the annihilation hear the slaughter of children cry in the night for the essence of life cry because you were born into a world that you never wanted to know
	Believe it or not, I started writing this poem thinking about ChibiUsa of Sailor Moon, but when I stopped writing, I looked over it and changed my mind. Originally, this was longer, and it was incomplete. But I thought that it was beginning to drone on and get boring, so I fiddled around with editing it, and modified one part to make the end and this is what I got. Since I changed my original intentions as I wrote it, I'm not quite sure what the point of this poem is. Something along the lines of the darker side of the Universe, of course, and a bit of the chaos theory. Tell me what you think! Go back to the poetry page.
