Just Born

I was just born a moment ago
I don't know if I like this place
The moment you think you're walking,
You fall right on your face

I don't know if I like the trees,
Don't know about death, about faith, 'bout CDs
I'm clueless when it comes to love
And I don't know what it means to please

I've found a song and I think that I like it
Who cares if it ain't legally legit?
I don't know shit about singing or music,
But maybe that's cause I taught myself to forget
I didn't quite has an idea for this poem. I got the first two lines in my head, and starting writing. That's how alot of my poems get started, actually.
This one is like a soul talking after just being born into a new body I think. It uses very odd languege (as far as my writing style goes) and I think that the casual tense of the voice might drive some readers off, thinking it an amateurish poem. In a way, the languege adds to it, though. I don't know.
I do like the way it ends, though.

Tell me what you think!
