MARK
GRAY (Keyboards)
Mark, like
his brother Paul is still in the music industry has played
bass for bands such as Indecent Obsession,
the James Reyne band. He co-wrote
some songs with Propaganda Klann
in the past (as well as playing with them for a few gigs)
and more recently played with Melbourne based cover band 21/20.
PAUL
GRAY
(Vocals/Writer)
Paul is
still a successful songwriter, producer, and composer in the
radio, film & television industry. He
"discovered" the now accomplished singer Deni
Hines, who on his request performed backup vocals at
a few Wa Wa Nee gigs.
He also co-wrote the song Hook Me Up which established a successful, though short lived career for 90's Aussie R&B/hip hop band - CDB.
Paul
was the musical director of Kate
Cebrano's (another Aussie singer) former show.
His
latest work includes artists such as:
Rani
Kamahl (read Rani's comments on Paul Gray in this
interview),
Lisa Maxwell
and
Dani'elle Gaha.
Paul
produced & remixed the song he wrote for Dani'elle
Gaha (called Do It For Love) for successful
Aussie Popstars winners Bardot
as a B-Side song on their "I Should've Never Let
You Go" CD single.
He has
also been producing for Popstars II winners Scandal'Us.
Paul recently (2006) performed in the "Idols of the 80s" gigs in Melbourne & Sydney with other acts such as Psuedo Echo.
PHIL
WHICHETT (Keyboards)
Sadly,
Phil Whichett passed away in 1988. Wa Wa Nee's second album
Blush was dedicated to his memory in 1989.
