| Oh yeah, my acoustic children: Blue 614CE, Blue 655CE custom, RainsongWS1000, 412CE(my first good guitar, reduced to party guitar status by a cinderblock) and 914CE Custom. All of them can be plugged in. The rainsong is actually very interesting. Not a scrap of wood on it. It's all graphite and molded resin, and of course, metal. I still have my first acoustic, an Epiphone Dreadnought with a bolt-on neck, and a Yamaha(whose neck is actually held on by some post production gluing) that I picked up in Orlando after nearly a year with no guitar. Talk about withdrawal! Somehow, my alarm clock and Godfather VHS collection ended up in the background. I use D'addario Strings, Light top, Heavy Bottom- 12-54. I use ELIXIR's on the 655 and 914. They stay fresh and pretty a lot longer. I use Kyser Capo's and I like Levy's straps. I'm currently awaiting a quote from the Taylor Custom Shop... |
