Our camp's only Russian-speaking POW--an American--with a Russian soldier. On May 3-4, we had a joint Russian-American Festival, complete with balalaikas, Cossack dances, sword twirlers and a costumed chorus. Both men and women were in this troupe. Lots of cheering, speeches, and general comraderie throughout.
