Just tell me if this guy looks to you like he is concerned about the rising price of gasoline, or the volatility of the stock market, or the latest church squabble, or the drought, or rising interest rates, or anything else for that matter. All he wants to know is who to contact to buy this place so he can move in.

Doug's real estate agent found this place for him, but he still prefers the one above. He is worried about the neighborhood around this one, afraid that someone might come in and build something with perhaps indoor plumbing or electricity.
