The Beauty We Find In Nature
As shades of blue in every hue
Light the sky before me
Teal, bluegreen, aqua, powder and baby
Every tint and shade represented so bright then dark
As shades and hues fade in and out at the start
Of this glorious sight before me
Then darker still the sky becomes
As clouds begin to roll overhead
They seem to push the brightness away
As to taper down and tone the various shades
As blues in the foreground gently turn into greys
Yet in the background tints of blue remain
Ever so softly raindrops begin to fall
As to call all to drink
From this glorious fountain above
This rain feeds seeds planted in the ground
That will later sprout with brilliant colors
As the rain feeds brilliant colors from the sky
Pouring them gently to the earth to later appear
As precious shades in flowers
For there in nature we'll see
Those brilliant colors once more
As beauty in precious flowers spring up
They'll glow in heavenly colors
Every hue and tint will be represented
By the beauty we find in nature
