What kind of commitee jobs do the parents hold for the school?  We have quite a few areas where parents can assist the school.  Photo, phone/outing, maintenance, scheduler, party, playdough are some examples of commitee jobs that are done by parents.   Typically you can expect to spend 1-2 hours per month fufilling your commitee duties.

Do the children play outside? Yes, we do have an outdoor playground, and the children will play outside, as long as it is not raining, or too cold.  We do expect the children to play in the snow, so send along snow pants and boots!

How old must my child be? Three years old by December 1.

Does my child have to be potty trained?  Yes

Do the children go on field trips?  Yes, we schedule field trip about once a month.  Parents must transport, and accompany their child on the trip.  Usually siblings are welcome to attend as well.  Occasionally the facilities cannot accomodate a larger group, so we ask that other arrangements be made for siblings.

When are your membership meetings?  They are scheduled for the last Tuesday of every month.

Can I bring my child's sibling(s) when it is my turn to work in the classroom?   No, in order for parents to fully participate, we ask that they make other arrangements for siblings.  Usually, other parents in the class will volunteer to babysit on work days.
