Research:

Studying the modification of Beeler-Reuter model (MBR model) for the dynamics of sustained re-entry in a cable cardiac tissue with gap junction by the linear finite element method and the numerical simulation method.

Using ART-OPEP and Molecular Dynamic methods to study the amyloid beta protein aggregation. This research is associated with Alzheimer's Disease.

Theoretical study of the statistical mechanics of quantum spin systems with spatial structures using numerical exact diagonalization, conformal field theory, level spectroscopy method and phenomenological renormalization group method.
