• Take advantage of the classes offered.  Even if you aren't getting credit, take at least one class.  Even if you are not a business or hospitality major, you will learn something that you can apply to anything.

• Go to class.  Follow the policy of the class. 

• Dress appropriately.  Attire is business, so follow the dress code.

• Go to some of the workshops and seminars offered throughout property.
