| Blora stands for Belton Lake Outdoor Recreation Area and is an awesome place to go on Fort Hood. There is a lake for fishing, boating and swimming, campgrounds and a water slide park. We go there often in the summer. This was a special winter trip that we made with Mat & Diane when they were here. Various area businesses sponsor "Nature in Lights". It is a spectacular display of over 130 light structures, some of which are animated. The whole deal runs from just before Thanksgiving to just after New Year's. |
