My name is Ejaz Alam Khan.  I did Master in Business Administration (Finance) from Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad, Pakistan.  I have developed this site to share my experience of education in this University with those who want to do MBA.  I have placed all educational material with solved problems in this site.  Everyone is free to download and distribute it.

As in MBA programme my area of specialization was Finance, therefore, I was in dire need to join that organization which has imbedded with the requisite professional and technical expertise and relevant to a deep understanding of capital market financial issues.  Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, which is a regulatory body of entire corporate sector has equipped with professionally trained arms.

Leasing, as an Islamic mode of financing, has become an important source of medium and long-term funds and has made significant contribution towards industrial development of the country.  Study of overall leasing sector of Pakistan is not only helpful in analyzing its performance in the entire capital market but its all activities reflect the true picture of the financial management.

I have studied the leasing business in Pakistan by doing internship in the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and written the final thesis on this study.  This final thesis is also available in this site.
