| People often mistake us for something else. They think we're Greebos, or they think we're punks, or Mods, or just another mid nineties rip-off band, playing shoegazing Indie. We're not. We are Reverb. We're a little differenet. We're Indie, but not as you know it. We don't want to sound pretentious, but we're not run of the mill Indie boys. We believe that you can't draw solely from one source of musical influence. If you do, you run the risk of becoming typecast. By all means, play in one genre of the musical world, but remember to keep your options and your ears open. That punk song thrashing in the background may provide you with the key for your latest ballad. You've gotta be awake to the world. And not be afraid to be different. We're different. People stare when we enter a room. If you put us into a crowd, you could pick us out instantly. Because we're not one of the crowd. We stand out, and we're proud of it. Go and be different. Go and be yourself. |
