A Graham Speirs player in season 2002/03, Jeff's shock and dismay at being on the wrong end of a 5-1 defeat to Angels in the cup (including being in the only defence ever to let in a Yarrow goal!!!), made him see sense and sign up for Angels in 2003/04 (or was it because Speirs folded - who knows...). A spirited Angel on and off the park, Jeff currently can't play for Angels as he's back home in Seattle. Which means St.Andrews' Sunday league defences and gentle dames are safe - for the time being... |
