WeatherMax collects user information for use in better designing the TropTrack software to conform to the majority of users and for bug reporting reply. This information will only be used within WeatherMax and shall not be divulged to anyone unless ordered to by a court of law. WeatherMax will not sell, lease, or loan any of the information to any third party. If you are interested in receiving product updates, you must EXPLICITLY state such in your communication with WeatherMax. It will be assumed you are NOT wanting a response or further information by default.

I have noticed that most websites have an "opt-out" policy in regards to third party pestering. This website will practice "opt-in". As stated above, it will be assumed you are not interested in any further correspondence. It is up to you to let us know otherwise.

As one can guess, I don't care for "opt-out" policies. To me it is something akin to guilty-until-proven-innocent. I find this tactic distasteful.
