The Scam Report

O.K. I'll swallow my pride for just a moment and be completely honest with you. When I first started marketing on the internet I, along with an astonishing number of other naive marketers, fell for almost every scam in the book.
Tell me if this sounds familiar.

Earn $1,000 a Day Gauranteed Start immediately You Can Not Lose with This system

Turn $10 into $32,678 Gauranteed, Best Randomizer on the Web!!!!!!!

Make $8,000+ Per Month, Just for reading E-mails!!!

etc.............
Do any of those sound familiar? Maybe you seen some ads similar to those in your junk email box. It is an epidemic that is spreading through the internet like wild fire and destroying the credibility of internet marketers like you and me. Since the internet started it has been a play ground for scam artists. Since I have a little experience in the area of falling for scam artist's trickery, I thought I would share some info that may help other marketers.

Here are a few things to think about before you fork over your hard earned money.
  • Do the math
Ask yourself how many units will I have to move to make the income this company is claiming I will make If your commision is say $33 dollars per sale for example how many units do you have to move to make "$1,000 a day"? Well you would have to move over 30 units a day 365 days a year. How much will it cost to move 30 units a day, $100, $500, $1,000. Sometimes simple math can dispell a scam right away.
  • If it sounds to good to be true........ it is!
No probably's here, if it sounds to good to be true, it is! If every one could fork out $50 and make a fortune overnight no one would work, and the economy would collapse. Of course the people selling the scam affiliate program are making $1,000 dollars a day. If they have say 5,000 affiliates promoting them and say 500 of them sell one unit a day then the people running the affiliate programs are making $1,000 a day. But the marketers are only making maybe $20 if they are lucky.
  • Paid to read emails, the big misconception
Paid to read emails aren't all scams. You can make money with them. The big misconception is that you can retire off just reading email advertisements and building a downline. Not true. For one there are only a hand full of ptre programs that will actually pay you when it come time. Secondly it's almost mathmatically impossible to make more than a few hundred dollars a month of these hand full. Now I am not saying that all ptre programs are scams. Just don't expect to get rich off them. They are great if you just want a little extra income every month or if you want to use what you earn to advertise your other programs but trying to get rich from them is pretty much a big waste of time. Check the Getpaidforum to find ptre programs that pay.
  • Randomizers
This is actually one scam I have never fallen for but I thought I should adress it. What I know about them is this. Most of them are illegal pyramid type scemes. Pyramid schemes are illegal and if there is no product then it is a pyramid scam... I mean scheme. Secondly if you use your paypal account for the randomizer and paypal finds out they will freeze your account. That's about all I know about them but if you want to know more The Getpaidforum has loads of threads on the subject.

One last thing. Below is a small list of programs I have found That really do deliver. They are all legit and most are free to join. Thanks for taking the time to visit.
