Alice Alene Dickerman was born on May 18,1922 in Sikeston, Missouri and died September 7, 1999 in Ocala, Florida of Pneumonia at the age of 77. |

INFORMATION: He was in the Army around 1942 for 2 years. He received a honorable discharge due to terrible migraine headaches. He was known for being a very funny man, especially when he was drinking. He was a very easy going man who loved to play baseball as a kid, bowling and golfing in his later years. It was said that he had a beautiful voice per wife third wife and his oldest son. Harry shared a business with his brother Earl called "The Web" in San Francisco, Ca. that went bankrupt. He also owned the Red Vest Restaurant in Capitola, Ca. |

Mary Beth Osborne was born in 1928. Not much is known about her. Per her marriage application, she was married once before. So, I am not sure if Osborne is her first marriage name or her maiden name. She was divorced from her first husband in May of 1958. |

Information: Family stories shared that she went by the name of Rose but it looks like she signed her name as Mary B. Webb. Harry and Mary Beth had no children together. They divorced on July 18, 1962. "Mary B. Webb Sherman" attended Harry's funeral. |

ORPHANAGE: Missouri Baptist Children's Orphange. Harry (along with his brother Earl) were admitted to the orphange on May 9, 1927 due to "the husband deserted them" and removed by their Mom on September 27, 1931. Per half-sister Janet, they were brought to the Hanleys farm to work at that time. The orphange had notes that stated "They had a good record while they were here." Harry had Whipping Cough, Scarlet Fever and Chicken Pox. He was vaccined. It says in their records that Harrys mom was Baptist. |
DEATH; Died November 11, 1972 in Redwood City, CA. of Cerebral Vascular Accident and Hypertensive Cerebro Vascular disease. His death certificate says that he lived in California for 28 years.Buried on November 15, 1972 at Cypress Lawn. Cemetery is located in Colma Daly City, Ca. |
MEDICAL RECORDS; Medical Records from Kaiser Foundation Hospital in the city of Santa Clara and the city of Redwood, California, chart # 2237619; Harry was allergic to Penicillin. In May of 1965, he underwent right common and external iliac endarterectomy and left superficial femoral endartarectomy for occlusive vascular disease. He had been suffering with a severe intermittent claudication prior to this surgery. In 1964, he suffered Bells palsy for 1 week. He had a long history of migraine headaches. No history of thyroid disease per his old records. Harrys half sister shared that Harry had problems with his ear (Mastoid ear) as a young boy and had to have surgery at the Childrens Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. |
Harry and Alice divorced on November 6, 1945. Harry moved to San Francisco, Ca. with his family while Alice, who had custody of their only child, stayed in St. Louis, Missouri Alice visited Harry in SF around 1946 in hopes of rekindling their relationship. Alice discovered that Harry was not interested in getting back together and they headed back home promptly. It is said that Harry’s mother had a lot of influence on Harry and seemed to persuade him from getting back together with Alice. Alice was very disappointed. Harry never saw his son again until his stroke in 1970. Alice married again in 1953 to a wonderful man that raised her child as one of his own. |
