1914 - 1916: Scout in center looking to his right, signaling with flags while another scout looks through binoculars. 
Light gray cover, no knot on first class ensignia and patches on wrong side. Wrong signal (no such signal exist) 
and use of Morse code flags instead of semaphore flags. 
Each printing was designated on the cover as an "edition".
