LETTER OF INTENT

I hereby apply to join PROJECT 21. I understand that I may promote this program on-line via e-mail and use net postings and that full advice and assistance will be available to me.

The LETTER OF INTENT is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of e-mail transmission.

During the 30 days, I need make NO payments for PROJECT 21. If I am satisfied with the program after the first 30 days and wish to continue, I agree to pay $90 US or $135 CDN for each additional information package received after the first month.

I am able to quit any time just by sending an e-mail to my mentor stating so. Plus, if I have any clients or prospective clients under me, I will send their names to my mentor (for a buy out option) and so that my clients do not miss out just because I have left the program.

I understand that if I leave the program I will not be responsible for any further payments.
