RE: Main Street deal just about done

By Stephen Speckman
Deseret Morning News

"It's closing time on the Main Street Plaza — in more ways than one.

The deal for Salt Lake City to give up its easement on the plaza to the LDS Church is set to close Monday at 11 a.m."

Whoa! There Stephen, Just some more false reporting.

The Deal is not done, nor is it nearly done. Without gold and silver Coin, there is no deal. The deal is unconstitutional and void. Salt Lake City does not own Main Street, and therefore cannot sell a part of it. The Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Chruch of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is not registered with the secretary of state of the State of Utah as a corporate sole. Therefore, it cannot acquire property in the State of Utah.

Ross C. Anderson is not the mayor of Salt Lake City. Kendrick D. Cowley is not the Salt Lake City Recorder. Kendrick D. Cowley has not filed an oath of office with the Salt Lake City Treasurer, and the Salt Lake City Treasurer has not filed an oath of office with the Salt Lake City Recorder.

Ross C. Anderson has not filed an oath of office with the Salt Lake City Recorder, because the office is vacant, and has been for more than 10 years.

The only lawful oath of office filed in the Salt Lake City Recorder's office is for Lawrence Rey Topham, Mayor of Salt Lake City. It was filed January 3, 2000 A.D. It is stamped received, Salt Lake City Recorder. The original received stamp has been partially obscured and the date was wrongfully changed on January 4, 2000 A.D.

Ross C. Anderson, the members of the "Salt Lake City Council" Kendrick D. Cowley, and the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have been acting in violation of the false securities, false coin, and fictitious credit provisions of the laws of the State of Utah and the laws of the United States, which is also prohibited under the extortionate extentions of credit statutes, racketeering statutes, rebellion and insurrection statutes, and the treason statutes, and therefore they have forfeited their right to vote or hold public office, as has President Gordon B. Hinckley, and all other persons in the State of Utah and the United States of America who use false notes, false coins and false bank credit that cannot be redeemed dollar for dollar in gold and silver coin of the United States. They have all become dishonest.

You personally are supporting the criminal conspiracy and rebellion to overthrow the Constitution and government of the United States and the Constitution and government of the State of Utah, by working for a newspaper that is controlled and operated by persons engaged in rebellion against the United States of America and the State of Utah.

Utah Code Annotated 52-1-4. City officers oath of office -- Where filed.
Official oaths and bonds of city officers shall be filed with the city recorder, except those of the city recorder which shall be filed with the city treasurer.

[This state law, supercedes, the Salt Lake City Ordinance as to where to file the oath of the city recorder, if the oath was not filed with the city treasurer, then the office of city recorder is vacant as a matter of law and all acts performed by the person failing to qualify are unofficial and void. U.S. Supreme Court (1856), Parker v. Overman, 18 Howard 137 (1856)]. No Change Since 1953

The Story of the conspiracy to overthrow the Constitution of the United States and the State of Utah is more fully told at: webnetalert

Becuase of this rebellion, all the people using the false note paper money that is prohibited by the constitutional laws of this land have lost their right to vote in any public election in the State of Utah and the United States of America. The rebellion against the Constitution is almost total and complete.

There is a little thread that holds the Constitution of the United States from total destruction, and that thread is the oath of office filed in the Salt Lake City Recorder's office on January 3, 2003 A.D., and the silver coin used by Lawrence Rey Topham as the true standard of monetary value in the United States of America and in the State of Utah.

The true oath of office and the true silver dollar are the thread by which the Constitution hangs, even though unofficial officers pretended to act for Salt Lake City Corporation to sell one block of Main Street to an unicorporated Presiding Bishop of the Chrurch of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, for false money and to trade land which neither The Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints nor The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints owned. The parties to this treason were fully warrned beforehand.

The Corporation of the President of the Church of Jesus Christ is not registered with the secretary of state of the State of Utah, therefore the Church is not organized according to law in the State of Utah, and, therefore, has no legal standing in the State of Utah. This has occurred because the leaders of the Church have upheld the criminal conspiracy to overthrow the government of the State of Utah and the United States of America, which conspiracy, is funded with dishonest, unlawful, unconstitutional and criminal notes, coins and credit.

How is it possible that the Lord's anointed have fallen so far into sin, evil and abominations, that they no longer see the truth, and seek to destroy their own freedom rather than befriend that law of the land which is constitutional, and they have rejected the Spirit of truth, to their own destruction. Why, Oh, Why have they done this great evil in the sight of the Lord of Hosts in front of his holy house, The House of the Lord, on July 28, 2003 A.D.?

Where is the wisdom of their wise men? Why have the eyes of the seers been covered? Why do they choose to follow the evil ways of the world?

July 28, 2003, A.D., is, indeed, a sad day for the latter-day saints and the people of Utah, because their leaders have betrayed that law which is constitutional for that which is unconstitutional, for power and for gain.

How truly sad this day has become for those who love freedom, truth, Zion and the Constitution. Have the prophets fallen from grace? Or has the Lord authorized them to violate their solemn oath and covenant to befriend that law of the land which is Constitutional?

Sadly,

.
