Lawrence Rey Topham [Candidate For Mayor, Salt Lake City, Utah] 1. How would you ensure Salt Lake City is not left with a budget shortfall after the expenses of hosting the 2002 Winter Games, while at the same time making sure the city puts on its best face for the world?
Cancel the Olympics and keep the commandments of God during the Millennium -- Remember the Sabbath Day to Keep it Holy.
2. Do you approve of Police Chief Ruben Ortega's approach to fighting crime, both violent and non-violent? What would you do differently?
No. Ruben Ortega has participated in and supported organized crime in Arizona and Utah. We must stop organized crime in Salt Lake.
3. Do you agree with the City Council that 9 percent of general fund revenues should go toward improving the city's infrastructure, whatever the state of the budget? In a tight budget year, which would you sacrifice first, services such as police or infrastructure improvement?
No. The city council is using false notes, false coin and fictitious bank credit in support of organized crime instead of using gold and silver coin in support of the Constitution of the United States.
4. How would you change the city's general approach to rehabilitating the Gateway area west of downtown? Specifically, do you agree with the $17 million in tax increment money and $13 million in infrastructure improvements promised to the Boyer Co. to assist its mixed-use development in the Gateway?
Stop the funding of Gateway with false notes, false coin, and fictitious bank credit. No. I don't agree with promise to Boyer.
5. What is your opinion of the planned expansion of the Salt Lake International Airport?
The airport expansion must be funded with gold and silver coin or the expansion must be stopped.
6. Will you raise taxes or fees during your administration?
Obviously, no revenue is being raised now. False taxes are being collected by criminal-extortionate means based on false assessments and false payments which falsify the public accounts and is a felony.
7. Do you agree with the city's closure and sale of a block of Main Street to the LDS Church?
The sale of main street was false and fraudulent and is void. There was no valuable consideration. Both the buyer and seller were racketeer influenced corrupt organizations acting in support of organized crime.
8. Are you pro-development?
Yes, of course, but only by honest and prudent means.
9. Do you agree with the general concept of west-east light rail, and specifically its 400 South alignment?
Absolutely not. The UTA and light rail have always been a burden to the people and operate at an 80 percent loss in false money.
10. Why should people vote for you?
Because it is the best and right thing to do. There is only one true constitutional, prolife, ethically and morally sound candidate for mayor of Salt Lake City. Mark Anderson is second best, but he still uses false notes, false coin and-.fictitious bank credit.
11. What is a quirky or unusual thing about you -- a hobby, incident, habit, skill or interest that people would be surprised to discover?
I have not used any false notes, false coins, or fictitious bank credit in more than 18 years. I became secretary of state of the State of Utah on March 6, 1997 A.D., and Salt Lake County clerk on February 25, 1999 A.D., so I am the chief elections officer for both the State of Utah and Salt Lake County. I am one mighty and strong (Doctrine & Covenants 85:7) and one of two anointed ones (Zechariah 4:14, Revelation 11:3, Isaiah 51:19-20. 2Nephi 8:19-20, Doctrine and Covenants 77:15).
Deseret News, Sunday, October 3, 1999 A.D.
Property seized under Martial Law, November 28, 1998 A.D., for insurrection and rebellion, racketeering, etc.
