All investigative action, including computer database searches, telephone searching, interviewing, photography, surveillance, report writing, etc. billed at $35 per hour or $200.00 per 8 hour day, which ever is less. Plus necessary expenses. (database and telephone charges, mileage, etc.)
Mileage, using own vehicle, billed at 40 cents per mile (Subject to change as gasoline prices raise)
Travel time (deadhead) to and from out of home area assignments to be billed at $20.00 per hour.
Expenses to be billed at actual cost, whenever possible, with report of same and receipts, whenever possible, to be provided upon request. Except phone calls,up to 10 minutes, are billed at $2.00 each.
If you are an attorney and need a "flat rate" for your client I might contract with you to find your missing person, heirs, witness, etc. for a set rate. But this must be arranged before I start work or else you will be billed at my regular rate of $35 per hour or $200.00 per 8 hour day plus expenses.
If you are an insurance claims department or adjuster, a banker, or a city finance department with a volume of work please call and we will try to negotiate price we both can live with.
Realizing that satisfaction is a prerequisite for your repeat business I will certainly make every effort to ensure that all our clients are happy with our work. If you are ever less than satisfied with some- thing I did I want to be the first to know it so we can work something out. I try to be easy to get along with and don't want any bad references out there.
"Want to locate old friend," "Missing witness," "Missing heir," "Need to locate for judgment (or debt) collection," or other justified reasons. These give us greater freedom to information.

NOTE: We never have anyone fill in ALL the blanks on our Case Info form. Just fill in the ones that you have the answers to. However the more you fill in the better our chances of success.
