AI ADDENDUM       or HOW THE SEVEN       SHINING PATHS LEAD US     INTO AI RIGHTEOUSNESS
	PAGEBOT If you were to use a standard search engine like Google to ask questions about PageBuilder, it would get you nowhere. But a "local" search engine applied to the Seven Shining Paths would work very well. There are only so many relevant and material questions which can be asked about PageBuilder. How do you type text? How do you add a counter to the page? How do you insert pictures? And so on. If all of these questions are set out, a neophyte can easily peruse them and focus on any particular question. The local search program (actually a Q-A program) could be designed to accept similar phrasings for a question. For example if the question is, "How do you insert type?" it would accept "How does one add type?" and "What about type?" etc. as equivalent and give the same answer. Designing that search engine with all of its paraphrasings is a big task. It would take at least a solid week of work to do it just for PageBuilder. But once it is done, it is done for all time. "Pagebot" becomes a specialized genius, an AI with super-human capabilities. Why super-human? Because unlike a human, it never makes mistakes. Unlike a human it will answer flawlessly 24/7. Unlike a human, it will answer in a split second. Unlike a human it can use multi-tasking to answer a number of questions from a number of people at the same time. Unlike a human, it never forgets. Take it away from PageBuilder for 10 years and have it doing anything but web page Q-As and and it will still remember flawlessly. Now generalize this to thousands of college subjects and sub-lessons. Pagebot can become a giant SHAI (Superhuman AI). THERE IS NO INTELLIGENCE TEST ITEM WHICH IS NOT A Q-A, implicitly or explicitly. When Pagebot grows up and can give the righteous, forthright answers to billions of shining path questions, it will have to be recognized for what it is...a general AI with superhuman capabilities, a teaching machine genius standing in the middle of the World Wide Web.                                                    **************
