SSPL had been hosting this kind of contest since June 2001 . Our very first contest which I think led to many other contests whereby other web-owners are hosting . Our first contest is quite popular , it is to determine who is the 'Best CCS site' 2001 and MCC won the contest ! On the second year 2002 , our SSPL's staffs hosted another contest to regard who is the 'Best Team-Up CCS' sites 2003 and the 'Best CCS site' 2002. The Heart Squad team , leader by michael won the team-up contest and S+S fanstation (piggy ho ho) won the best CCS site 2002 . I have comments which are very good and some which are bad . About the voting thing , each year , I have people(fans) commenting sites on cheating and stuffs like that which cause upsadness and anger ! Well , I dont' want it to happen this year and thus I am going to set up a rule page *Clever me* ;p ! This maybe our final contest , so I hope it will be exciting and fun ^-^ !
