David is an estimator for Branch & Associates, a general contractor located in Roanoke, Virginia.
Wendy is a public relations assitant for New River Community College in Dublin, Virginia.
David and Wendy both enrolled at Virginia Tech in the fall of 1997.
We both became involved in a student church called [nlcf] our freshman years. We both decided to spend the following summer at a program called Leadership Training (LT). We, along with 20 other students, were in the same project that summer learning and growing more in our personal relationships with Christ.
We serve as volunteer missionaries with an organization called Great Commission Ministries. Our specific role takes place at a GCM campus church called [nlcf] which is located on the campus of Virginia Tech.
We love working with students and helping them grow in character, attitude, and faith.
Our life goal is to help those around us meet and experience Christ. Serving at [nlcf] is just one way we are doing that.
We are now homeowners in Blacksburg! We purchased our first home on April 11, 2003. We are currently leading a HomeGroup (bible study for students) with our church, [nlcf].
