Rehearsal $75.00 per hour
Rehearsals normally are held the day before the ceremony and usually last an hour to an hour and a half. You may be tempted to save money and decide to have your ceremony without a rehearsal. This could result in chaos during the ceremony. The rehearsal takes longer than the actual ceremony and can prevent some embarrasing miss-steps from occuring. When including other elements in your ceremony you will definitly need a rehearsal. Formal weddings progress smoother with a rehearsal.
$50.00 if ceremony starts more than 30 minutes late and it is no fault of mine.
Any holiday will be charged an extra $100.00 These include New Years Eve, New Years Day, Valentine’ Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Labor Day, Father’s Day, July 4, Memorial Day, Halloween, The day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving, The day before Christmas, Christmas, The day after Christmas.
Package A and B Ceremonies are to be paid in full at time of booking and it is non-refundable.
Packages A2, B2, and C require a $150.00 non-refundable deposit.
Balance due 30 days before wedding date.
Packages A2, B2, and C cancelled within 30 days of event date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Packages A2, B2, and C cancelled within 29 days of event date will not be refunded.
These cancellation fees are not a penalty but rather shall be considered compensation to Officiant for loss of time.
Prices and services are subject to change.
Our fees include transportation, wedding ceremony text preparation and preparing and filing the legal documents.
Please keep in mind that if we do not receive your signed contract and your payment then your date is not secured for your event. We require all payments and contracts arrive within 4 days after your price quote.
You must have at your ceremony your:
Marriage license and State issued photo I.D.
Please have a postage paid addressed envelope. Please obtain the address when you have filed for your marriage license.
