| Dixie! This is Dixie, an Umbrella Cockatoo (or U2), whose hatch year is said to be 1984. Dixie came to live here in the spring of 2001. Dixie is very sweet and gentle in his(?!) cage and while on top of the cage. Since Dixie hasn't been accustomed to much out of cage time in the past, he exhibits some um, er, ...reluctance to return.
