God's Instrument

God's Instrument

God gives us the Holy Spirit, so that we can function according to His will.

But He wanted us to fully exercise our freewill.

He never made us into mere instruments without consulting our human will. He respected our decision without compromise.

The closer a person relationship is, the greater the hurt shall be. This is very true with God too. If we had a very intimate relationship with God, but when we are called for a mission of which God had great faith that we can achieve if we submitted to Him, but we turn away. God's Heart that is in Jesus Christ shall be greatly hurt.

At the service of God and His people, we must yield to the Holy Spirit. We must wait on Him to reveal or take the next step. Yes! Indeed God gives us human bodies together with its wisdom, knowledge and understanding to be able to serve the world. But if we are to be pleasing servants of God we must be like Christ.

Through and by the Power of the Holy Spirit, He gives us all the necessary spiritual senses or gifts, so that we can response to Him freely.

We needed to be like 'little children' then we can enter into the Kingdom of God.

To be pleasing to God, we needed God's Spirit to express His love in us and through us.

We cannot use our weak and sinful spirit to worship God. If ever we can, then we can truly boast before God and His Children. We too cannot reach, the Almighty God and Mighty King of kings except to be one with Jesus Christ. In Jesus Christ, with Jesus Christ and through Jesus Christ, we shall be able to bravely called God 'Our Father'. Even though God is called the 'Our Father', we must remember it was through the love and mercy of God that this shall be possible. We must remember the price Jesus paid to make this mystery work. It was through His painful Incarnation, whereby He abandoned the glorious Throne of God in heaven to be a servant of His creature. It was through His contradictory and solitary life that He once again introduced God's way on earth. This was a painful experience for Him. He lived a life 'out of this world'. His values were so different from those of the world. It was through His suffering and death that had pierced through the depth of God's Heart that had brought about the salvation of mankind.

Therefore to call God as 'Our Father' we must yield to the Spirit of God. The Spirit of love and self-denial. We must also carry our own crosses in unity with the cross Christ carried. We cannot carry our crosses apart from Christ's cross. We must remember all sins and suffering we had in this life is the outcome of our fallen nature of which Jesus brought about the rise. But there are sufferings that we personally welcome into our lives. That is the suffering of living in the world apart from God and His Kingdom.

When we are called to be instruments to be at the service of God and one another, we must welcome Christ's Spirit so that our service shall be pleasing before God.

Our human spirit can never achieve that. Because God looks with love and mercy on His Son Jesus Christ. He would not judge and condemn us but forgive and save us through Him.

We responded to God's invitation to serve Him and one another. When He invited and we responded, He would personally or through an instrument anoint us, with the Holy Spirit of service to the Community. God would give us all the necessary strength to endure and persevered until the end. All weapons to counter-attack the devil are provided. They are up to us to use. God also gives us the ability to resist temptations that put weight on our flesh.

In heaven when all saints and angels function according to the will of God there was peace, love and joy, but it was not so in this world.

Many times there was dissatisfaction in our hearts, even when we thought that we had given the best, why? To be servant of our master, that is God shall bring so much inner pleasure, joy, peace and love. If we in any way find ourselves over-burdened, it is time we ponder, if this is ever God's will? We must remember we are at the service of God. We are continuing the mission that God the Father had entrusted to Christ as a Human Being. Jesus was full of power and authority, when two Natures of Jesus was fully bonded together.

All gifts of the Holy Spirit were meant to make us a holier person. They were meant not only for our own sanctification, purification and salvation but also meant for the salvation of others who come to our aid.

They were also meant for us to shine out in the world of darkness and sin. Therefore all glory and praise belongs to God alone. We were mere instruments or channel for the flow of God's love and mercy.

If we allow our sinful human spirit, together with its will to control or dominate our lives, especially when we are at the service of God's Children, then the organizations that we are attached to would suffered We can exercise our freewill positively by yielding to Christ's victorious Human Spirit.

Only through this Spirit of Christ can we fully experience God's presence in our lives. If we are able to experience even part of the fruit of Christ victory, we shall be able to transmit the love, peace and joy of God's Kingdom into the world. That is to say God through our opening of heart to Him, enters and flows like living water into the hearts of the recipient and establish God's Kingdom there too.

Therefore the great obstacle for co-ordination between God's Kingdom in Heaven and the Kingdom of God set up by Christ Jesus is sin, especially of the flesh and the interference of the devil. The prince of darkness wished to destroy mankind by separating them from the love and mercy of God. But they cannot overpower our freewill unless we surrender to them.

God spoke to us softly and gently in the heart. Why do many Christian not experience the reality of God's friendship?

God walks with us every moment of our lives, why can't we feel His Divine presence?

If we are too occupied with the conceited value of human wisdom, knowledge, understanding, God's voice would be humbled off. We could not hear Him even though He is sitting next to you. We might be too proud to have listened to Him.

The gift of tongue is a fearsome weapon of which the devil feared. With this gift of tongue, children of God spoke in spiritual language of love to the Father. This communication was too intimate for the devil to disturb or come closer. That is the secret language of God's children.

God never forbids His children from speaking to Him this way. So the gift of tongue is for everyone of us to possess and use for spiritual growth.

The language of tongue to our proud mankind is really foolishness. Maybe most conceited people would considered them to be meaningless bubbling sound that bears no meaning. Yet those who exercise the gift of tongue experienced the love, peace and joy of the Kingdom of God.

For the gift of tongue to function, the person must be in a state of sanctifying grace. That is to say that the person shall be open and yield to the Spirit of God.

That person had to let go of His human conceitedness, free His tight gripped vocal cord that use to speak the language of the world. Let the voice of the heart, sanctified by Christ's Spirit united with our human spirit to speak to the Father.

The voice of God's passed to us through Christ's Spirit can be heard as a soft, gentle and compassionately utter, if we allow God to overpower our rough, harsh, merciless, self-center and selfish voice of our sinful hearts.

Through purity of hearts, united with Christ's Sacred Heart (Human heart of Christ Jesus), then our service shall be considered pleasing to God the Father.

For our mission on earth is to complete the work of sanctification, redemption and salvation of which Christ had started. The Kingdom of God began on earth after His death and resurrection.

By the sending of the Holy Spirit, Christ shall dwell powerfully in the hearts, minds and souls of mankind. The Holy Spirit that came down to us is specifically the Spirit of Christ. But the Spirit of Christ is also in fullness of unity with the Spirit of the Father. So this Spirit that once came to the Apostles is the Victorious Spirit of Christ. The Spirit that had triumph over all

temptation. Spirit with power and authority of God on earth and this Holy Spirit that brings about the restoration or the resurrection of Christ's human body would also raise our human body, at the Final Judgement. But the greatest reward that any man would receive from God in this life shall be the salvation of the flesh. Yet this rarely happen. But we had two models of this recipient, no other than the human Jesus and Mary.

Selfless Service

Jesus and Mary had served the people of God in a selfless love. They sacrifice their lives to be at the service of God's Children. They thought not of the consequence of their vocation but to the fulfillment of the will of God.

Selfless love is a perfect love which had its source in God alone. For no one on earth, heaven or the world below, can sincerely claimed to be the source of this love. But all God's Children can be instruments of this Divine love of God.

If all of us on earth can imitate what is in heaven, the Church and the whole world would be Paradise once again. As from what we see, we are far away from this. The Kingdom of God had been set up. The army of defense for this Kingdom is the Holy Spirit that dwell in the angels, saints and the Mystical Body of Christ. The Mystical Body of Christ in general is the resurrected human body of Christ. God only accepts Jesus Christ in His Divine Nature and Human Nature as representative for all mankinds. God would not want to duel with us individually but through Jesus Christ. Jesus would, transform us into His own image and likeness that is pleasing to the Father. In the Mystical Body of Christ the Holy Spirit sanctified, purified and through the Blood of Christ save all mankind. All shall be for the sole purpose of handling mankind to God the Father.

After the Restoration of God's Kingdom, at the Final Judgement, where the Kingdom of God on earth and in heaven is once again united. God shall be all in all. The Divine Nature of Christ, together with the glorified Human nature united with all God's chosen people, marched towards God in the Power of the Holy Spirit. They marched to be united fully with God. That march was the final victorious match to fullness of freedom from oppression, suppression and bondage of the forces of darkness. Together heart to heart, hand in hand, we march in the battle of glory. When God meet this victorious army, He embraced each of us. Calling each of us by our name as we enter into the fullness of God's glory. Jesus would stand in the forefront and introduced all of us to the Father. After the final unity, where all that needed to be saved had been saved, God shall be all in all.

Therefore imitate the selfless service of Christ Jesus and Mary, by yielding to His Spirit to function accordingly. His Spirit brings us to serve as Christ served and all glory, honor, praise and worship belong to God alone.

Praise the Lord. Amen.
