THE NATURE OF GOD IN US AND THE NATURE OF THE DEVIL

A few years ago, I received a vision about a palace builder. There was a building under construction. The workers were sieving sand, carrying them in pails and pouring them in a huge standard sieve. In the crude sand, there were stones, roots, rubbish and beautiful sand mixed together.

The workers kept pouring the sand into the sieve. Everyone involved in the building of the palace was very busy. The workers did not waste time talking, smoking, teasing, gossiping or hurting each other, but silently, they worked with great zeal and concentration.

Then the word of God came and explained to me the mystery of the building - the New Jerusalem, The Temple of God, the Mystical Body of Christ, The new purified Israel and people of God

The Lord told me, in order to be fit for the Kingdom of God, one must completely, freely and truly be detached from the world and its evil. Human nature is both saturated with God's nature and the devil's evil nature as illustrated by the crude sand; and so are the values and virtues of the world.

In our lives, we may have come across even pagans, who give advice and counseling, that seemed to have divine values. In a human mind there is a conscience, molded, trained by God or brainwashed by the desire and will of the flesh, world or devil. Any human being will have the capability to have certain knowledge about the will of God for them. Eventhough, in their bondage and slavery, they cannot possibly exercise their freewill to the benefit of the soul and for God. In our bodies, dwell basically two human natures. That is, one is for God, the other for the adversaries- the flesh, world and the devil.

Like the filtered sand which was being purified from the unwanted stones and rubbish, so must we detach ourselves from the evil values of this world and continue to let God nurture, train and mold us in His values. All good in us comes from God despite our various religious beliefs.

Detaching ourselves from the world and our sinful 'self' is a painful experience though we are called out of this world to be like Christ. Entering into the kingdom of God, we experience the spiritual warfare between the Kingdom of God and the devil. Although defeated by Jesus' death on the cross, the devil's head was crushed, its wounds would heal and it is up to each individual to participate in crushing its head. Christ dealt a deathly blow to the survival of the serpent, but God allowed him to survive. Yes indeed, they would crawl up and try to attack the children of God who are their targets and enemies and take revenge through us on the undefeatable God. So Children of the Light, beware of entering into the domain of the evil one. We must stay free from them as we have a choice to make. Yet, even if humans succumb and we fall, our victorious God, the King of kings will rescue us if we were faced with this dangerous serpent.

There is nothing worth searching for in the kingdom of the devil but unending hurt, wounds and troubles. Come! Be secure into the arms of Christ, the One who truly loves us. Who came from the Kingdom of peace, love and joy and dwelt among evil people. He had to suffer and die in order to save God's children.

The unseen spirit of the devil is very dangerous, indeed quite powerful if we allow it to take control. The earth is its only dwelling place, they live like snakes, rats, cockroaches and all things found living in the rubbish dump. Just like our household trash which has to be removed, we should detach ourselves from the sinful nature of the flesh and submit/surrender to God who protects, leads and forms us into the true people of heaven, now and for all eternity.

Let earth be the training ground of detachment, so that when our spiritual eyes are completely opened, we will throw the old, foul clothing of rags away, and in our nakedness, seek for the clothing of heaven which is the 'Wedding Gown'. Only then shall we be able to enter into the 'Wedding Feast' of the King of kings during His second coming, and be ready while we wait, wearing the wedding gown before the groom arrives, so we are not caught unaware and not be able to enter.

The palace of God is still under construction and the radiance will be seen when it is completed. After completion, no one shall be able to enter because the building does not require any more 'sand' as at Judgement Day. Then all unwanted 'rubbish' will be thrown out and burnt and severed from the Temple of God.

Therefore when the opportunity is still open, let us detach ourselves from the world and God will receive us and we shall be a sand in the Temple of God.

Praise the Lord. Amen.
