The New Rosary-with the Mysteries of Light

******************************************************************

The Three 'Hail Marys'

"Pour out thy gift of Faith, hope and charity onto me, so that these virtues may grow in me.

Deliver me from any hindrances that sabotage these gifts from growing in me. Amen."

The First Joyful Mystery-The Annunciation of our Lord

"Almighty and Eternal God, thank You for giving us Jesus Christ.

Thank You for having chosen Mary to be His mother.

Thank You for giving Mary to the world, as its Mother.

Thank You, Almighty God for showing us the pathway into Divinity.

Thank You for Your mercy and love, despite our unworthiness and sin.

Teach us, Holy Mother of Jesus and God, to be like you; a completely obedient and trustworthy servant of God. Amen."

The Second Joyful Mystery-The Visitation

"Almighty and Eternal God, teach us to be like Mary, who was zealous in doing Your will.

Teach us to be like her, whom despite of her own pregnancy and heavy responsibility ahead, had instead been selfless.

She willingly and hastily traveled through rough journey to be with her cousin Elizabeth.

Teach us to express charity and pray that all sacrifices rendered to others, be the same rendered to You.

Made our sacrifices worthy of the purification of our lives and souls. Amen."

The Third Joyful Mystery-The Nativity of Jesus

"Almighty and Eternal God, help us to value our lives from the dimension of the souls and spirits.

Teach us to accept deprivation of material as a nourishment or enrichment of the souls and spirits.

May we O God continue to offer up the trials of deprivation for, not only our own salvation, but also the salvation of the souls of the whole world, in unity with Mary Our mother.

Amen."

The Fourth Joyful Mystery-The Presentation in the Temple

"Almighty and Eternal God, open up our spiritual eyes, eventhough we are still enclosed in our physical; whereby our spiritual sight were not given priority.

Teach us to submit to You, through Jesus Christ, by the working of the Holy Spirit.

Help us to have knowledge and appreciate Your providence for us.

Help us to worthily offer up everything You had given to us back to You for acknowledgement, worship and consecration.

Teach us how to truly appreciate and have full knowledge of what comes from You.

Amen."

The Fifth Joyful Mystery-The Finding in the Temple

"Almighty and Eternal God, thank You for giving us Jesus Christ so to direct us to the path of True Light. He was very concern about the darkness and blindness in the chief priests and leaders of the Jewish community. He took every opportunity available to Him to enlighten and direct them to the way of God.

Teach us O God to live by the light revealed to us in the Holy Scriptures and the prompting of the Holy Spirit in our lives. Help us to have faith, wisdom and courage to truly put what You had revealed into expression in our lives and others. Give us the power of Your Spirit, Almighty God that the Words that sprout out of our mouths, be the words of God to reach and heal the world. Amen."

The First Sorrowful Mystery-The Agony in the Garden

"Almighty and Eternal God, Christ Jesus, at the Mount of Olive, before the 'hour of glory' mourned for the world. For those sins that had severed once intimate relationship with You, Almighty God. Help us to join Christ Jesus and mourn for the sins of the world and our personal sin, by penance and fasting. Amen."

The eyes of the Lord were focus on the bondage and slavery of this world. His eyes were full of compassion and the depth of His human love was fully united with that of God. In this case, He was full of joy and hope in the Father, to fulfil God's will. He had for so long forsaken the desire of His human will of the flesh. Death to Him is the beginning of a new life. He mourned for His disciples, who would not believe and trust in Him. He foretold His desertation and the defeat of the disciples to follow Him, until death on the cross. He mourned for the world, not for Himself.

The Second Sorrowful Mystery-The Scourging at the Pillar

"Almighty and Eternal God, You were accused of blasphemy by claiming to be the Son of God, because of the power You possessed.

Pilate dared not reject the appeal of the crowd; fearing of losing his positions and power. Lord God helps us always to work and pray for justice, rather than seek it through mere human wisdom.

Give us the courage to face the reality of life.

In time of suffering, help us to offer them to the wounds of Your scourging, so to share in the mystery of redemption. Amen.

Jesus as a human being; with body, soul, spirit and human will, together with conscience, etc, is called the Son of Man, just like us, born of a woman.

Calling Himself the 'Son of Man' reminded us of His mission as the New First Born or the New Adam, to defeat the sins of the first Adam. He shall be able to bring about the rise of Man and restore its dignity and intimate relationship.

Yet so many stills refused this reward, which Christ had suffered and won for us.

Many still rejects His most precious gift; that is the Holy Spirit, together with God's will and power. All these were packed to be sent to all those who wanted to live the life of true discipleship.

Jesus is the Son of God, when He was incarnated into the womb of the Blessed Virgin Mary. God grew and restored humanity and dignity of man, in a silent and disguised manner. After having proved His complete obedient and submission, until death, God awarded human Jesus into the status of God. From that day forth Jesus reigns together with His Divinity in the glory of the Father. Filling and empowering the whole heaven and earth with God's will. The world of the death trembled and feared the Lord and His victorious Light. Jesus continues to feed us with His humanity in the consecrated body of Christ, so that we could be one with Him in His Divinity or Godhead.

There in unity God and man is united into One Body, joined with His Spirit, called the Mystical Body of Christ or marriage, sealed in the everlasting covenant of His blood, by His death. He paid the ransom for our sin. He will be faithful to His Bride forever.

Most of us had failed to trust and depend on God to bring us into His Kingdom of freedom and glory.

The Third Sorrowful Mystery-The Crowning with Thorns

"The glory of kingship, You did not ask of man of this world, but the glory of kingship given to You by the Father. You, Jesus looked forward for the approval of God alone, not of man.

This crown of thorn, although torn, bruised or hurt Your flesh, yet they did none to the soul.

Instead the soul of Jesus was glorified through every pain and hurt that the crown of thorn did to Him.

Help us, Almighty God, never to reject suffering as though a loveless punishment from a powerful and cold God, rather as a process of purification of our souls. Amen."

Many in this world seek for glorification from man of great worldly glory. Man seeks for recognition, not from God, but man. Man seeks for name, through the channel of astuteness and worldly wisdom, but did not bother whether their names were written in God's book of life. Man wanted to be crowned by another human being with the crown of worldly gold, but Christ looked forward to the crown of humility and shame. He did not seek for man's recognition or glory. He was despised and looked with scorn. Even those who were very close to Him dared not speak on His behalf. His crown pricked His depth of heart. The Father joined Him in His humiliation and sorrow. The hope of the Kingdom of God rested in the hand of the humanity of Jesus Christ. He would not let the world and God down.

The Fourth Sorrowful Mystery-The Carrying of the Cross

"Almighty and Eternal God, You allow and willed Christ Jesus, Your Son and Messiah to carry our cross and of the whole world.

Help us O Jesus that we may imitate You, by carrying not only our own crosses, but join and share the cross Christ Jesus, carried for the whole world.

Give us the grace and ability to fulfil Your will for each one of us.

Pray Almighty God that all disciples of Jesus would join Christ's mission to its fulfillment at the end of time. Amen."

The Fifth Sorrowful Mystery-The Crucifixion and Death of Jesus

"Help us Almighty God, to give a place in our hearts for the Mother of Jesus, whom You gave to the Church to be her intercessor in union with the intercession of Jesus Christ, in unity with the Holy Spirit to the Father.

Help us to trust in the Holy Spirit, who is not only powerful, mighty and full of the authority of the Father and the Son, but He is most of all compassionate, gentle, patient and merciful. As depicted by the Spirit of Jesus, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of love and selflessness.

May the death of Christ be our death to the will and desire of the sinful flesh and will too. Amen."

The First Glorious Mystery-The Resurrection of Our Lord

"Almighty and Eternal God, thank You for giving us a new life through the resurrection of Your only Begotten Son Jesus Christ. Thank You for allowing Him to share this new life with all sinful and ungrateful creatures.

Jesus Christ was selfless and died for humanity, so to redeem them.

He did not put His humanity first before the will of God; rather fulfill Your will to its distinction.

Thank You Jesus Christ for giving us what we once carelessly lost through sin. May we live a truly resurrected life in union with Your Spirit. Amen."

The Second Glorious Mystery-The Ascension into Heaven

"Almighty and Eternal God, Jesus Christ rose and return to You. Never had He been seen with our human sinful eyes, but the soul, spirit and purity from You, enshrined in us had seen the glory of God.

Let the whole Church receive the precious gift of faith, hope and charity from You. That we may worship You, Almighty God, through, in and with Your Son; with our whole hearts, souls, minds and strength.

May our hope in the imminent resurrection of our physical bodies; spur us into exploiting our faith, so that others too may experience God, through God's charity expressed in us. Amen."

The Third Glorious Mystery-The Descent of the Holy Spirit

"Almighty and Eternal God, thank You for giving us Your Spirit.

May we enthrone You as the Master, Lord, Savior and Redeemer in our hearts, souls and in our minds.

May all the elements in me worship You, through, with and in unity with Your Spirit.

Enlighten us of the basic role Mary played in uniting and drawing God's chosen people to Christ Jesus.

She willed that all people of God follow her Son, as she had done, so that we shall be able to know the will of God, through the working of the Holy Spirit.

Give us wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Help us to exercise them in our lives and be witnesses of His love for the whole world and us.

Deliver the Church from the deceit and cruel attack against her, whom Christ instituted through the Holy Spirit.

Guide, protect and nourish her with the Power of Your Spirit.

Open up the blindness in our eyes to the vision, glory and will of God. Amen."

The Fourth Glorious Mystery-The Assumption of Mary into Heaven.

"Almighty and Eternal God, thank You for giving us Mary and Jesus in their humanity, so that they may show us the pathway towards the Kingdom of God.

Help us to follow them in complete obedient because they were the Servants of the Light, whom You Almighty God had anointed in this cold and dark world to show us the way into Divinity.

Pray Almighty God, that the world may stop victimizing and persecuting our Blessed Mother, but may our eyes be open to the grace of God that draws us to her.

Mother Mary, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen."

The Fifth Glorious Mystery-The Coronation of Mary

"Almighty and Eternal God, there are none in this world who are perfect; not even Adam and Eve, who were once created thus, yet lost them.

Help us Almighty God to be truly enlighten and grateful for the role our Blessed Mother Mary played in union with her Son, Jesus Christ.

Teach us Jesus to love Your Mother, like You loves her. Jesus You awarded Your Mother with the highest honor; help us to honor her too.

Jesus, You give her a place in Your plan of salvation; help us to join her.

'Mother Mary, though spiritually you are above all saints, yet you serve us with a humble and selfless heart'.

Help us Jesus Christ to be grateful to her and may we make her holy will became a reality, in each one of us. Amen."

The First Luminous Mystery-The Baptism of Christ

"Fill us with Your Spirit O Lord, that we may do Your will.

Deliver us from any hindrances to Your mission fulfill in me O God. Amen."

The Second Luminous Mystery-The Wedding Feast at Cana

"Transform me O God, through the Words of Jesus Christ and Mary, into a spiritually inclined human being. Loving God with all my heart, soul and mind. Amen."

Jesus and Mary were revealed to me, in a scene, whereby they were mingling with the servants and those in charge of drinks and food. Jesus and Mary found out that they were in distress, because the wine was running out. In their distress, Mary comforted them. She knew that Jesus, although Son of God would never reject to serve those in material deprivation.

Mary through conviction and experience knew fully well the character and heart of Jesus, because both share the fullness of God's Spirit.

The Third Luminous Mystery-The Proclamation of the Coming of the Kingdom of God.

"Help me O Jesus to continue Your mission for me on earth. Invest us with Your Power, gifts and authority to carry out Your mission on earth. Open up the eyes of the blind world to the sight of the Kingdom of God on earth. Amen."

Jesus said that those who refused spiritual sight are like those blind people in this world, who refused to have their sight restored. Spiritual blindness had led the devil to celebrate temporary victory.

Death is not the beginning of spiritual sight, but right here in this world.

Man rejected spiritual sight, fearing that their sins would be revealed.

The Fourth Luminous Mystery-The Transfiguration

"Transfigure me O God, into the image of Your Son Jesus Christ.

Fill me with Your Holy Spirit. Mold me, shape me, melt me and fill me to the brim.

Holy Spirit, transfigure me into a humble, obedient, courageous, wise and trustworthy servant. Amen."

Unless our lives are being transfigured into a spiritually inclined, we could never see the Kingdom of God. Christ Jesus wanted to share with His fallen brothers and sisters on earth the price He had won. Jesus wanted to share heaven, together with its peace, love and joy with us.

Jesus gives us the Holy Spirit, so that we, although still clothed in human flesh, would be able to be drawn into His Kingdom. The Holy Spirit is the sole food for the body, soul and spirit of man. Jesus cares for our physical and spiritual. He gives us our daily bread and providence, if we liken to the lilies, stretch out its roots and open up its leaves to receive nourishment; we too would not be deprive of our needs. The birds flew out early in the morning in search of food for themselves and their young ones in their nests. God instructed, so nature did not fail them.

The Fifth Luminous Mystery-The Institution of the Eucharist

"O God, through Jesus Christ, You continue to feed us with Your body and blood, together with His humanity.

Being fed with Your body and blood, together with Your Spirit; transform us O God into the likeness of Jesus Christ, so that we could one day fully share in Your banquet in heaven. Feed O God the hungry souls, minds, hearts and spirit of Man, who had not known, accept or believe in this blessed mystery yet. Bring them into the Light of Your presence. Amen."

After receiving Jesus Christ, in His humanity and divinity; we are all called to live a renew life, transform by His Spirit. In order for the mystery to bear fruits, we must pray that God would help us to bring our whole being to worship Him. These include our hearts, souls, minds and all systems that govern our human bodies. Jesus needed to be given the throne of our hearts. Our souls needed to be wise so to continuously reject food offer by the devil and adversary forces of God. Our minds need to be consecrated and glorified so that superstitious and evil spirits may not have the ability to develop and manifest themselves.
