Dwarves of Old & Dwarves of New

O, Dwarves of old, and Dwarves of new,
They love their gold and silver too!

Nay, greed nor weakness haunts the Dwarves,
For they're strong and true, mighty lords!

They fight with axe, they slay like men!
But one may say quite better than!

O, Dwarves of old, and Dwarves of new,
They are the great ones, of the few!

All Dwarves are fair, so kind and daring!
They endure all suffering yet remain so caring!

Gently do they go on living, in the mines full of treasures.
Swiftly they dig, not giving in, to lives full of leisure’s.

O, Dwarves of old, and Dwarves of new,
They are of wonder, they are of true!
The Beautiful Flowers

The flowers sway, their delicate heads,
As a morning breezes passes through!
Oh lovely petals and seed that fall,
Life comes from thy so true!

But here we got, a fine 'ole bunch,
'O roses and daffodils too!
Whom return every year, when spring draws near,
How splendid they are when new!

So merry are the flowers of spring,
When first they bloom to view!
What graceful things, that do grow,
In so happy and vibrant hues.
The Journey

How vast is this world, below many a star!
How long we do travel, how fast and how far!

To pick up our feet, to shuffle along!
To meet and to greet, on this journey so long!

We laugh at the weather, when sunshine is here!
We giggle light as a feather, yet storms do we fear!

How vast is this world, below many a star!
How long we do travel, how fast and how far!

To play in the wood, to bathe in the stream!
To pluck flowers in wild meadows, to nap in sun’s gleam!

We dance in the eve, we sing in the morn!
We pray and we grieve, sometimes forlorn!

How vast is this world, below many a star!
How long we do travel, how fast and how far!
