Adventures of the Banker Girls: The Bug

Kate and I were getting our mid-morning hunger pains (at 11 we get hungry and look through the fridge for food). Today there was nothing. So we open the "cracker cupboard" and get out some cheese crackers. We taste them, and they are about 35% fresh (bankers like using %'s and graphs to illustrate things, like cracker freshness).

35% fresh is still not too bad. That's kinda sorta good to eat. So, Im sitting at my desk making graphs and BOOM there is this huge ant thing crawling around on my plate of 35% fresh crackers. Now, right then the taste dropped to a 0% and I almost hurled.

I let out this little scream as I saw a bug thing on the cracker I was about to eat. BLAH now all I can taste is bug, and I bet they are having a little party in my tummy. Kate said "OMG are we going to be ok” and I said "I don't know Kate, I just don't know...If I don't show up on Monday, you know the bug won"

So that's my story.. I know its frightening and a little traumatizing, but I am a survivor, and will wash the taste of bug out of my mouth and carry on making graphs. (and StaffSmart Reports)
