She has red hair but her parents' hair is brown, how can that be? One day, Janie Johnson is at school and she sees a picture of a young girl (who is missing) on the back of a milk carton. Somehow, Janie knows this girl and starts to do some research about the girl. She also has some flashbacks of her life as a very young child. Janie starts to find things that she's not sure she wanted to know.
Janie finds out that she may have been kidnapped and that people she has lived with and loved all her life probably aren't her parents. Janie doesn't know what to do, she wants to find out who her real parents are but she doesn't want to destroy her current family.
This is a great book that should be read by everyone. It is such an intriguing story and a story that will make you keep reading until the end. The characters are great and so is this book. Janie wants to find the truth and so should you. Read TheFace On the Milk Carton.
