"A Taste of You"
4-25-01
by Allison Joslin
You seem so calm and serious around others,
But when I get you all a lone,
And all our troubles seem to disappear,
Wej're together in a blanket of Love,

Like Strawberry Wine,
Overridding all my senses,
Tossing me into a frenzy of Love,
Angels of Hell can't even claim my soul,
Once I've had a taste of you,

You talk business and games with others,
Barely giving me a sideways glance,
But once they've all left,
And we're alone in the dark,

It's Like Strawberry Wine,
Overridding all my senses,
Tossing me into a frenzy of love,
Angels of Hell can't even claim my soul,
Once I've had a taste of you,

You walk in the bright Sunshine,
But there's a shadow on your face,
Until you're back in our rooms,
And amogst all our friends,

It's like Strawberry Wine,
Overridding all my senses,
Tossing me into a frenzy of love,
Angels of Hell can't even claim my soul,
Once I've had a taste of you.
