Buffy is in de war omdat Glory Dawn heeft. Giles vind dat Buffy Dawn moet vermoorden omdat dat de enige manier is om de wereld te redden en omdat Dawn niet echt Buffy's zusje is. Buffy word erg boos omdat Dawn wel haar zusje is; "The monks made her out of me, Dawn is me". Ondertussen is Glory bezig om het ritueel voor te bereiden, jullie weten waarschijnlijk allemaal al dat Buffy dood gaat, je kunt dat stukje hier op de club bekijken. De poort van de demensies gaat namelijk pas dicht als hij al het bloed heeft, als het bloed stopt vloeien. Dawn wil in de poort springen maar Buffy houd haar tegen en Buffy springt. Tara word trouwens weer genezen en Xander vraagt Anya ten huwlijk. Spike kan Buffy's huis weer in, en hij maakt een belofte. Giles vermoord Ben(Glory) omdat dat de enige manier is.
Buffy's mooie laatste woorden;
Dawn, listen to me, there's not a lot of time, listen. I love you, I will ALWAYS love you. But this is the work that I have to do. Tell Giles ... that I figured it out, and that I'm okay. Give my love to my friends, you have to take care of them now. You have to take care of each other. You have to be strong Dawn, the harstest thing in this world is to live in it.
