Rose Academy Homeschool
THIS YEAR'S LESSON:  2003!!!
Update

We have been mainly unschooling this past year.  Justice and Credence have been trying to learn how to skateboard and swim.

Trinity and Epiphany have been learning how to be good big sisters!

Ardor, well she's a baby.  LOL

I managed to get to college this year and pulled a 3.65.  Not bad for giving birth during the second week of classes.  ;)

That's the most interesting things that we have done really.

Other than learning how to cook, learning how to sew, learning square roots learning how to swim, learning how to read and having fun.  Not too much going on.  ;)

I should post some new pictures of the kids and the things we have done.
Living in Port Huron can be quite exciting if you treat it like a place to be instead of being a tourist.  :)

Welcome!
We are a family of 7.
Roslynn is 29 years old and is other wise known as Mom.
Lee is 25 and is known as Dad to the girls and Step-Dad to the boys.
Justice is 9 and he is the big brother to the group.
Credence is 8 and is our clown around guy.
Trinity is our big 3 year old that definately has an independant mind!
Epiphany is the big 2!  My sensitive heffalump.
Ardor is our newest addition Jan. 2005 baby!
I have done quite a few jobs out there... Some not so great(by the "norm") and some pretty upstanding.  I have been a porter, and been a manager.  The porter was for an ambulance company, so it's "fancier" than any other porter, but it was still not me.  The management was for a nice family style sit down restaurant so it was a bit "upperclass"  I also managed other places, retail and such.  But as I have walked my paths in life I have always come to the same thing... I need to like what I am doing.  If I don't like what I am doing, then why the heck do it?

Which led me to cashiering.  Sure it's not "fancy" and many people think... oh "just a cashier" but if you didn't have me... How would you buy your groceries?  How would you get out of the store fast and put a smile back on your face(yes I do have to toot here a bit I am good and nice and I do care)  Mainly I LIKE my job and many may snub their noses at me, I make a very good wage, and I am happy with what I do.  It allows me to support my family and homeschool.

So next time you get pissed at the burger flipper...or tell off the lady that answered the phone because she works behind that desk, remember w/o them, you would be stuck not getting what you want.
