After
the joining of WTO, China has promised to allow foreign and local
individual entities, in the first 3 years, to distribute their goods/services
within China. They have the free right to rent, deliver, store, pack
and quality checking of goods within China. The coastline provinces
become more enthusiathic in inviting foreign investors to build terminals;
thus the economy of the northern as well as the eastern part of China
grow rapidly.
When
the term "Logistics" arrives China, it becomes a new trend
in senior managements levels and then to general public. The basic
concept of logistic is from a " systematic" point of view
to enhance effectiveness, lower the costs and to link up the supply
chain into a new system - which leads to a new format of service.

Logistics Limited has been established for over one decade. In early
stages, only Hong Kong and China transportation services were concentrated.
