Beef And Cheddar Soft Tacos |
INGREDIENTS: |
1 Lb. Ground Beef 1 Can Campbell’s Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup ½ Cup Chunky Salsa 8 Flour Tortillas (8 in.), warmed 2 Cups Shredded Lettuce * See below |
PREPARATION: |
Cook beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add soup and salsa and heat thoroughly. Spoon about 1/3-cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce. Fold tortilla around filling. Serve with additional Salsa. |
* For added taste. Add one chopped onion to ground beef while cooking. Add one can of drained pinto bean to soup and salsa before heating. |
