Easy Beef Stroganoff
INGREDIENTS:
1 Lb. Round steak
1 Medium Onion, chopped
3 Cans (10 ¾ Oz.) Condensed Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 –1/3 Cup Cooking Oil

Salt, Pepper and Garlic to Taste
PREPARATION:
Salt pepper and garlic powder steak on both sides.
Cut steak into thin strips.
COOK:
Braise steak in hot cooking oil.
Add onions and cook to clear.
Add three cans of soup and two cans water.
Stir until well blended.
Simmer 30-40 minutes or until steak is tender.
Stir in sour cream.

Serve over cooked noodles.
