| Mini Meat Loaves |
| 1 Lb. Ground Beef. ½ Cup Chopped Onion ½ Cup chopped Bell Pepper ¾ Cup Bread Crumbs 3Tbs. Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 Tbs. Parsley 2 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce 1 Egg Slightly Beaten 1 Cup Milk Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder to Taste |

| PREPARATION: |
| In a large bowl thoroughly mix all ingredients. Spray a 12 muffin pan with canola oil cooking spray. Fill pan with meat mixture to the rim. |
| BAKE: |
| Heat oven to 450 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. Makes 12 mini loaves. Serve plain or with Chili sauce. |
