Roasted Onion Chicken Burritos
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Lb. Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into strips. Or,
1½ Boneless Pork Chops Or Roast, cut into strips
1 Jar (14 ounce) Pace’s Mexican Creations, Sweet Roasted Onion & Garlic Cooking Sauce
1Can (15½) Black or Pinto Beans, rinsed and drained
6 Flour Tortillas (10 in.) Warmed
Shredded Cheddar or Mexican Blend Cheese
Guacamole (0ptional)
Chopped Tomato (0ptional)
PREPARATION:
In 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.
Add chicken and cook until browned, stir often.
Add Sweet Onion & Garlic Cooking Sauce and beans
Heat to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes.
Divide chicken and cheese among tortillas.
Top with guacamole and tomato if desired
Fold two sides over 1-inch and roll up
