INGREDIENTS |
1½ Top Round Steak 2-3 Tbs. Cooking Oil 1 Can (28 0z.) tomatoes 1 Can (15 oz.) Tomato Sauce 1/8-Cup Worcestershire Sauce 1 Large Onion, chopped 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped 1 Bay Leaf Salt, pepper and Garlic Powder to taste Hot cooked rice or noodles |
PREPARATION: |
Cut round steak into thin slices or small cubes. Sprinkle beef with salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a large skillet heat oil and cook meat 10-15 minutes or until browned. Put onion, bell pepper and tomatoes into food processor, and blend well. Add tomato mixture, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and bay leaf to beef. Stirring while bringing to boil. Reduce heat between medium and simmer and cook, stirring frequently, for 1 hour. Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles |
