Sweet And Sour Dinner
Chicken, Pork, Beef or Shrimp
INGREDIENTS:
1 Jar La Choy Dinner Sauce
1 Lb. Thinly Sliced Chicken, Pork or Beef
1 to 2 Tbs. Cooking oil.
STOVE PREPARATION:
In a large skillet heat oil.
Add 1 pound thinly sliced chicken, pork or beef strips.
Stir-fry until no longer pink; drain juices.
Add 1 jar of dinner sauce.
Cook, stirring constantly until bubbly and heated through, about 5 minutes
To make with shrimp.
Peel and devein 1-pound shrimp.
Stir-fry until shrimp turns pink.
Add Dinner Sauce and prepare as above
INGREDIENTS:
1 Jar Dinner Sauce
1 Lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken, cut in cubes
2 Tbs. flour

                                            
PREPARATION:

Toss chicken with flour, coating evenly.
Place chicken in a 2-quart covered micro-safe dish; cook on HIGH 4 minutes.
Stir once half way through cooking.
Pour sauce over chicken and mix thoroughly.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Stir once half way through cooking.
NOTE: Cooking time may need to be adjusted for lower wattage microwaves.


                                              
Serve over rice.
