WELCOME   This will be a constantly changing web site and will be covering the development of our 10 acre property in the community of Pine, Louisiana. Pine is located in Washington Parish, on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain, approximately 75 miles north of New Orleans. We are located in the southeastern part of the state, between the communities of Franklinton and Bogalusa. The Mississippi state line is about 15 miles to the north, as well as 15 miles to the east. Pine is a small farming / ranch community. The people are nice and we are sure that we will love it, once we get to move there permanantly.(see detailed map) The numbers on the left hand side of the page, enable you to zoom in or out, to get more detailed directions.

AUGUST 28, 2006 (MONDAY) THIS FIRST ALBUM DETAILS SOME OF THE WORK THAT WAS BEGUN ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR PROPERTY IN PINE, LA. SOME OF THE LAND WAS CLEARED, WHICH INCLUDED THE HOUSE LOCATION AND A WOODS / THICKET THAT WAS DIRECTLY BEHIND THE HOUSE. THIS IS WHERE MY NURSERY, GREENHOUSE, VERMICULTURE BINS (WORMS), VEGETABLE AND HERB GARDENS, ORCHARD AND FISH BREEDING TUBS, WILL BE LOCATED. ON THIS DAY, THE DELIVERY OF DIRT HAD BEGUN, TO START BUILDING THE HOUSE PAD.
