Activity Groups

All WCNC activities are open to members of our Club.  Prospective members are invited to attend any activity as a guest one time only.

Book Discussions

There are two book groups, which meet once a month—one group meets in the afternoon at local restaurants, the other in the evening at a member home.  These book clubs cover a wide range of readings with some very interesting discussions.

Bridge

Available to players of all levels.  There are several daytime bridge groups including duplicate bridge. 

Bunco

A lively social event with a simple dice game thrown in for fun.  There are currently two evening groups and one morning group.  No skill required, just luck.  A $5 fee covers the prize awards.

Dining In

This is a dinner group that meets every month on the 
3rd Saturday and includes members as well as spouses or 
companions.  They dine in groups of 8 or 10 at member's 
homes and everyone is responsible for preparing part of 
the meal. 

Daytrippers

Broaden your horizons and learn about your new community and surrounding tri-state area by joining Daytrippers to places of interest.  Post trip, we will explore local restaurants with the group and still get home in time to meet the school bus.

Flick Chicks

Join the “girls” for the monthly “chick flick” at a local theater to see a movie, preceded by a light lunch at a nearby restaurant.

Garden Gate

If you have a love for gardening, this group is for you.  We have toured many beautiful gardens in our area and had wonderful speakers on all topics “green.”

Golf

Come enjoy a relaxed, non-competitive morning of golf with new friends.  A couples group also plays once monthly.

Ladies Night Out

Join the ladies for a fun evening.  A few of our evening excursions have included Argosy Casino, the Great American Ballpark, and Aronoff Theatre.

Lunch Bunch

We meeting monthly for an afternoon centered around either a casual or more sophisticated dining experience at some of Greater Cincinnati’s wonderful eateries

Men’s Poker

If you see your husband idly shuffling cards some evening with a yearning look on his face, let him know about men’s poker held the first Friday of every month at 7:30 pm.  The guys take turns hosting poker at their respective homes and furnishing a light supper. 

Nifty Needlers

This group meets once a month to work on any type of stitchery project. 

Wine Tasting

Couples and singles join each other one evening three or four times yearly .

Walking Group

This group meets every Friday morning at different locations .
