Cobra II Page 
Below are some pics of the 1976 Cobra II that we've owned since 1979. The first two photos on the left were taken a few years ago while the engine was out. The photo on the right was taken after the engine was reinstalled. The body has developed a few rust spots at the bottom of the doors and needs to be repainted. I am currently working on renewing the interior and some minor bodywork before repainting it.
Here's some shots of the engine.
It's currently running an early 302 V-8 short block and heads, bored 0.060" oversize, with flat top pistons. Cam specs are 280/290 duration, 472"/496" lift. Some of the other mods are:
- Blackjack headers with dual turbo mufflers
- B&M C-4 automatic
- Magnum roller rockers
- Screw-in studs & guide plates
- ARP rod bolts
- Weiand X-celerator intake manifold
- Edelbrock 600 CFM Performer carburator
- MSD 6A Ignition module
- Jacobs plug wires & coil
