The Dictator

When the ultra-progressist General Kwar came to rule the world by the voices of people weary of wars and eager for submission, he established the Universal Obligatory Vote.

"Humanity has suffered too much under tyrants," he proclaimed. "From now on, as soon as too an extremist individual seizes power, he will be crushed by the Universal Voice of all people on earth!"

A few hours later, he had to exile from the civilized world. People, obedient, shouted in the streets, "Down with extremist Kwar! Crush him!"
