Midland's premium fitness facility will open in January in the heart of Midland's Downtown. Construction is in full swing, the 282 King Street building will be completely renovated to house the 7500 square foot facility. Amenities will include modern changerooms, retail area, group fitness room, resistance and cardio gym. Group Fitness - Spin, Yoga, Pilated, Aerobics, Boot Camp and more. Resitance Equipment - Matrix machines cables and free weights. Cardio Equipment - Matrix treadmills, elipticles and recumbant bikes. Personal Training - Experienced and certified personal trainers available for private or group training. Massage Therapy - Massage therapy will be offered in-house.
